1 lb ground beef
1 Tbs olive or salad oil
1 jar (32 oz) natural flavor Prego Spaghetti Sauce
9 lasagne noodles
1 lb ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella chesse, shredded
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a large pan, brown beef in oil. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook lasagne as directed, and drain. In a pan, spread ½ cup sauce.
Then, alternate layers of lasagne, ricotta chesse, sauce, and mozzarella and
parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 minutes until browned and
bubbly. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, and cut into squares to serve.
